My Stock Watchlist for September 2025

As we head into September, I’m adjusting my watchlist based on earnings, macro trends, and a few long-term themes I’ve been following closely. This list isn’t financial advice — just how I’m thinking as a high school investor building experience and discipline.
1. Nvidia (NVDA)
Why I'm Watching:
AI demand is still exploding, and Nvidia is leading in GPUs and datacenter chips
Recent earnings beat expectations, but the stock pulled back
I'm watching for a potential support bounce around $820–850 range
Risk:
Valuation is still sky-high — any macro hiccup could trigger a correction
2. Amazon (AMZN)
Why I'm Watching:
AWS growth is stabilizing and Prime Day was strong
E-commerce and AI initiatives (like AI assistants) could unlock new upside
Currently consolidating near $180 — I’d like to see a breakout before entering
3. Palantir (PLTR)
Why I'm Watching:
Government contracts + AI software = long-term play
Just hit profitability — which could pull in more institutional buyers
Volatile, so I’m watching the $22–23 level for support
A watchlist isn’t about predicting the future — it’s about being prepared. Even if I don’t enter any positions this week, I’m keeping my eyes on these names and sharpening my instincts every day.
